Preroll Skinning (Player & Control bar)

The skinned banner is embedded onto the video player and control bar while the pre-roll ad plays. This format gives advertisers a way to increase brand awareness, engagement time and click through rates.

Behaviour:

• When the ad is being played both the control bar and side bar banner appears inside the player.

• When the content starts playing the control bar banner alone appears.

  • When the user clicks on the video ad or Skinned banner (Video player and control bar), the user is redirected to the advertiser's landing page.

  • The user may/may not be able to skip the advertisement based on campaign requirement

 

Targeting capability based on:

  • Frequency capping

  • Category – News, Entertainment, etc.

  • Device – Desktop, Mobile

  • Geo – National, International

  • Keywords - Modi, Sachin, Demonetization, etc.

  • Demographics - Age, Gender(Male, Female)

  • Day Parting 

 

Specification:

  • Video Player Size - 4:3, 16:9 ratio

  • Video ad Format – Asset (Mp4), VAST (MP4), VPAID

  • Banner Asset (Video Player): Width and height should be in 200x435px minimum.

  • Banner Asset (Control bar): Width and height should be in 640x75px minimum.

 

Performance metrics:

  • CTR, Viewability, Unique reach, Mute rate
